Goldfield Ghost Town was a quick stop on a longer trip. It held little in the way of restaurants that were open at the time, but the museum was a fun diversion. All through the town were great details and photo options.

Wow, was I unprepared as to how much this town has turned into a tourist trap.
No longer just a ghost town, Rhyolite has become home to eclectic art installations over the years.
While mostly a tourist trap nowadays, Calico still can be fun for all ages.
There are tons of ghost towns in California, but this one is really tiny.
This town is kept in a state of “arrested decay.”
